  • Hi TA. I know I will what’s more! And after 17’s comments a few days ago, there’s a bottle of Rye in the mix to boot! I will be in Oxfordshire for Christmas – we’ve just taken the stockings upstairs for the boys, and they will be up at 6 I would guess, full of excitement and chocolate. They have been getting so hyper these last few days – there’s bound to be a few tears come the day. We have the grandparents here to help share the load. How about you – at home in Norwich or elsewhere?

  • “All I want for Christmas is an Arsenal spanking of QPR” 😄, and a meteorite rise to the top of the table (or at least as close to it as possible. I remain somehow hopeful that both Chelsea and Man City will soon start dropping shocking points in the next couple of months and therefore, leave the door slightly open for us to get too close for comfort or better, haha). I am allowed to dream, right…😀

    I hope good old St. Nicholas does think this is not too much to ask for. Please Santa…😔

  • Glad I did not miss much by not switching the computer on yesterday.
    I’ll be busy on the UMF site until I go out with the dogs … and get very wet by all accounts 👿

    So whatever the preview says, whatever the comments are, whatever the line up is, and whatever my personal preferences are ….

    Just support the team out there doing battle. They deserve that at the very least, before, during, and after the game, because they have to pick up their wounded bodies and have another go on Sunday.

  • Cheers TA. I miss being on here (still yet to miss a post though).

    Yeah just seems like déjàvu every season…couple players short and a truckload of injuries. Diaby, Jack, Ramsey, arteta and theo…always seem to miss large/keys parts of the season…some never see a pitch long enough to be considered footballers. But I digress.

    Excited for today’s game. I just hope the team isn’t suffering from a festive hangover.

  • Oz, really good to hear you are reading the posts and agreed on the deja-vu nature of our Arsenal seasons. It wont last though: it will either get better or worse at some point. Let’s hope it is the former! 🙂

  • All is relatively well, after a very difficult year (my wife lost her brother earlier this year, not sure you will know this). What breed of dog(s) do you have?
